For Software Engineering MPS students:
Acknowledgment Form: This is a mandatory form for all the incoming and current Software Engineering students to acknowledge that they attended the program orientation and understand the program requirements for graduation.
Graduation Application Audit Form: This is a checklist to assist students who completed 18 credits or more to prepare for their graduation application.
For Non-Software Engineering students:
Course Enrollment Request Form: For Non-Software Engineering students who are interested in taking Software Engineering courses, you need to fill out this form and request to be placed on the waiting list. You should consult with your academic advisor prior to taking electives from outside your department.
